Camera will not rotate in Sims 4 or SIms 3 mode, or in CAS. I've tried repairing the game several times with no luck. The arrow keys work, but would really like to be able to rotate using the mouse again.
When I play sims 4 on my MacBook I am able to use the trackpad to rotate the camera using my fingers. However, when I make the same motion on my windows PC it doesn’t work. Is there a way to use the trackpad on a windows pc to rotate the camera?

15 mar 2023 · Hold the right-mouse button (RMB), and move the mouse left and right. Click the camera icon in the upper right menu, and press the two rotating icons. To zoom in and zoom out: Scroll the mouse wheel forward or back. Click the camera icon in the upper right menu, and press the plus and minus icons.
I just updated my sims 4 and can’t seem to rotate my camera now? Im on a laptop, usually just place two fingers on trackpad and swirl them around but it’s not working now and making gameplay super hard. Try < > Works for me. Or you can check which camera mode is active.
14 lip 2022 · The problem is that pressing Ctrl whenever I want to rotate the camera is very annoying and because the right click is only on the very bottom right corner of my touchpad, I can’t scroll right or down.
