There are two file options under the download link: the regular file and a file with “PointyTeeth” tacked on the name. The latter replaces EA’s “gold teeth” set with Pyxis’ “Natural Selection” teeth (which is available individually as a cosmetic overlay, not actual teeth).

18 mar 2023 · replaced the textures on all the teeth to be consistent to the preview pics. adjusted thumbnails to include teeth names in the thumbnail. added an optional version enabled for random (file name is "yooniesimImperfectionTeethSetMergedRandom"), use only one file.
Toddler teeth have been replaced. I also replaced the textures for the new adult gold teeth and braces, and I made a custom overlay for the uneven teeth that shows up in the facepaint and right cheek mole categories.
Be aware that these teeth mods will replace your existing default teeth (whether they be the game’s or your own). You should remove any other default replacement mods you have installed before trying this one, as they are likely to conflict.
