The first thing to try is to repair the game. Open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon (Origin) or hover over the Sims 4 icon and click the three dots (EA App), and select Repair. If that doesn't help, clear the cache of whichever app you're using and try again.

Using EA Desktop App I downloaded the Pets pack, it states that its downloaded and I own it, but when launching Sims 4 nothing related comes up? What do I do to activate the pack?
So I just purchased and downloaded the expansion pack today. It loads up fine and I go into New Game to create a sim, I can make the sim just fine but when I go to create a pet it doesn't work. I click on a new breed of dog and the screen glitches white a few times before staying white.
11 paź 2024 · I own a disc version of the sims 4 bundled with the cats and dogs expansion. When I go into the game, it tells me I don't own cats and dogs, but under manage games and apps it's installed. In game, I only have the option to purchase it. All my other expansions that I purchased digitally work fine.

The mod doesn't work for me. The moodlet icons are all llamas, when hovering over the pet it says *debug will probably be removed* and there's only a description for the main moodlet.
