After the most recent update, my cc/mods have not been reading in-game. I checked the box that says enable mods after updating, all my cc is in my mods folder with the resource.cfg file and there are no subfolders.
5 cze 2023 · If your error log mentions anything about being unable to find the database, it is because this folder or its contents have been moved and the CC Manager can no longer find it. TSR library folder Path: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\TSRLibrary
5 cze 2023 · Results might not always be successful, but if you find an incorrect, older TSRLibrary folder elsewhere (for example: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/ Mods/Mods/TSRLibrary) you could try moving the contents to the correct TSRLibrary in the parent Mods folder.
5 cze 2023 · Try browsing for the correct paths yourself. Click SETTINGS. Click BROWSE FOR PATH. Look for the folder Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and select this. Close and restart the CC Manager, then reinstall your content from the DOWNLOADS tab to the LIBRARY tab.
14 lip 2021 · Before you begin, always back up of the following folders. Close both the CC Manager and your game before doing this: Documents\Electronic Arts\TSRCCManager. Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4/Mods\TSRLibrary. The TSR applications folder lusually located on your C drive.
19 mar 2021 · The Mods folder can be found in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods (or The Sims 3). Back up a safe copy, then remove ALL package files and any folders not beginning with the letters "TSR". Also leave your resource.cfg installed. Everything else should be removed. Try your game.
Removing the mods folder without deleting the localthumbcahche.package file from your The Sims 4 folder, also isn't enough of a test. It all has to be done together! Step 2. Replace CC in very small batches (say 5 files or less), starting with CC first.
