In the new WickedWhims mod I downloaded teen pregnancy is possible. WickedWhims->Settings-> Pregnancy Settings-> Other settings-> check the Transform WooHoo into TFB Switch. There will still only be the options to mess around with your partner but they can get pregnant from it.
