-----Take the downloaded .package file and copy it to: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods. Close the game if open, and reopen it for changes to take effect. You don't need WinRAR or 7-zip to actually download mods or CC. Go to CC or mod site of choice and download the file to your computer from there.
