September 2023. Gallery hasn't worked since the first update that broke it, and the third latest update still hasn't fixed it for me. I don't have a newsfeed anymore and my favorites are missing. I'm still seeing multiple uploads. 5 people had this problem.

Probably some files in your game folder responsible for connection with the Gallery have been damaged when you have turned the game on after the last patch with outdated mods inside. Now. Step 1. Rename The Sims4 folder to "The Sims4 old" Step 2. Fix the game in Origin. Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"

Everytime I try to open the gallery it pulls up the menu but every square where houses and sims would normally be has red x's over them. I don't get any messages that say I'm offline or any loading symbols like I've seen other people saying.
