u/ravasheen's mod can be found here. It creates family portraits based on the current household using gallery/thumbnail poses, and lets you choose between half a dozen different backgrounds and frame colours.
Modern Family Portrait. The frames are BGC and auto generates a posed photo of your family! You can change their outfits and poses at any time! You can also lock the photo which will maintain the current settings - this is useful for capturing a moment in time like when your sims were kids etc.
