it looks like a version of this with a slightly different palette, and this is the post leading to the simfileshare link, i think the filename should be " [ellcrze] Walk'n CasBg V2.package " (assuming you didnt change it at any point) hope this helps :)
UPDATE: I sent the creator an ask on her new blog and she's since updated her archived folder [linked in the comments in reply to somebody else] to have this one! In case you'd rather download from her and not somebody else. The background's name is ellcrzecas-background but honestly all her backgrounds are fantastic!
