17 wrz 2019 · After you install the game and run it for the first time, there is a resource.cfg file under C:\Users\(your Windows name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods. It's a necessary component if you want to use mods or other custom-made content in the game.
20 lis 2019 · No matter what patch version your The Sims 4 game is on, the Legacy Edition executable under Game => Bin_LE => TS4.exe will ALWAYS only read the files that are inside the Delta_LE folder. Well, there are a few other scattered files as well, such as the Resource_LE.cfg shown in the picture above.
What version of Windows are you using? I was able to install it just fine on Windows 10 with the latest updates.
