ever since the update earlier today my sims who had the never weary as well as many of the other traits are not working anymore and my sims are falling asleep, getting hungry, and having to go to bathroom. does anyone know how to fix this i have tried repairing and uninstalling. 5 people had this problem. There are a few basic things you can try to troubleshoot your downloads from The Sims 3 Exchange or The Sims 3 Store. Basic troubleshooting Close your Launcher: Simply closing the launcher solves most of the issues.
When you are able to, please generate a fresh Sims 3 folder and try installing some content in it. Also make sure that you clear EA, Origin, and Internet Explorer cache to have it as fresh as possible.
It came with 1000 points and a free world but when I'm trying to download it its just not working opens the game launcher but there is a circle with a cross through and it won't let me do anything. Tried one form the exchange and that isn't working either, what am I doing wrong?
I bought a couple things from the store today and once I went into my purhcase history to download them into my game, I'm prompted w an error message that says "The Sims 3 World Adventures quit unexpectedly".
Once I clicked to go browse the store, I got an endless loading screen and when I opened up my profile again, I had no points anywhere. I feel so scammed because I believe some people got points for registering all packs and I was really hoping to at least get some from WA.
