Hello, I keep trying to buy in the rewards store with satisfaction points, but not working. It takes the points away but it’s not showing I bought anything. I click it over and over again and only takes points away, nothing else.
Store content not working on EA App - possible solution. Disclaimer: I use Steam, I don't have Origin or the EA app, so I have no way of testing it - but based on the thread it appears to work. If you try this, please post if it does/doesn't work.
In the end, for store content to be store content according to the game, the game basically verifies the package type through their API, connecting to the store site. If the api is in some way offline, the game seemingly picks up on basically information inside the package.
I wasn’t able to download ANY sims3pack file (the one with the sims 3 logo that you download via the launcher), CC and store content. This trick helped me. Open the EA Desktop App
13 lut 2024 · If they're showing as installed but you still can't see the items in-game, here is a solution, posted from the EA site. It involves refreshing the entire Electronic Arts folder. (Make sure you back up Library, Saves, Video and Screenshots folder): https://answers.ea.
I just redeemed the code for World Adventures and I got a pop-up saying that I won 10$ worth of simpoints by doing so. Once I clicked to go browse the store, I got an endless loading screen and when I opened up my profile again, I had no points anywhere.
Is this a problem with my computer/game, or is the Sims 3 website just not working properly? And how can I get this Store content that I've already purchased to download into my game? Thanks for the help!
