  4. It had its few glitches but downloaded. My game and store content work fine with the new EA App. I was having issues with the game no loading but I updated my storage and then it started working. I had this problem and what worked for me was to manually uninstall the Origin Sims 3 files from my computer.

  5. It's recommended to uninstall the EA App, Sims 3 and related content. Use a registry cleaner such as Ccleaner to cleanup the files left behind from uninstalling the app and game files. Then reinstall the EA App ( https://www.ea.com/ea-app ), Sims 3 and related content via the EA App.

  7. I just redeemed the code for World Adventures and I got a pop-up saying that I won 10$ worth of simpoints by doing so. Once I clicked to go browse the store, I got an endless loading screen and when I opened up my profile again, I had no points anywhere.
