Place the .package file in your My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads folder. This hack can also be safely placed in a subfolder of the downloads folder. Delete the file from your downloads folder to uninstall.

Once you’ve installed ACR, open your game and load any inhabited lot in your neighborhood. You won’t find the mod in your buy mode catalog.
27 maj 2018 · If you copy your entire Sims 2 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts, it will include all your installed lots, CC, saved games, everything. Just copy over the entire folder to your new computer’s Documents > Electronic Arts. You may have to make an Electronic Arts folder first, but the game will still recognize it.
13 wrz 2024 · Place typical hacks in the game's Downloads folder. Most game hacks don't require too much tinkering, and can just be placed in the game's Downloads folder like you would with normal custom content. Put them in Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2 > Downloads.
Please do not download and add collections of mods to your Downloads folder unless you are prepared to figure out if there are conflicts between other mods in your Downloads folder and the new collection by reading the documentation and using the hack conflict detector programs. 6 maj 2020 · I tried installing ACR 2 mod on Sims 2 Ultimate Collection but can’t. I never did a custom mod before and I don’t understand why it doesn’t work. I made tried placing Downloads folder in Sims 2 Ultimate Collecrik folder, in Sims 2 folder and in Sims 2 Mansion and Garden folder.
