The easiest songs to start with if you want to introduce harmonies are rounds. Everybody leans the whole song, there are no separate harmony parts to learn, everyone learns the same tune and words.
BREATH WARM-UPS. Singers breathe in for 4 counts and hiss for 16, continuing the inspiration phase as they hiss. Singers repeat, increasing the counts with each repetition: 4/20, 4/24, 6/30, 8/36, and 4/40 (this encourages a large, expansive breath, but in a shorter time).

A round is a short musical piece in which multiple voices sing the same melody but start the song at different times. When each singer gets to the end of the song, they return to the beginning and start again.
Rounds are a wonderful way to get people singing in harmony without trying. They are a brilliant link between warm up exercises and real pieces as they use the full voice but not too much brain as everyone sings basically the same tune, just at different times!
