The bundle sales generally have higher quality books than any of the existing storefronts, including Amazon, or pre-Amazon Comixology. File sizes on the good books from the bundles can get large, but if you read on a good 4k monitor or high-end tablet, it's noticeable enough to be worth it.
The best way to use comiXology IMO is to buy collected comics (omnibuses, compendiums, and volumes) of story arcs, especially when there's a deal. Buying in this way usually comes out cheaper and it makes organizing your digital collection much neater then buying single issues.
