2.4. Side Effects Reported in Curcumin Clinical Trial Citations. The most frequently reported side effects associated with curcumin included GI symptoms (diarrhea, abdominal pain, flatulence, yellow stools, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, GI distress, constipation), headache, and dizziness. Most were classified as mild.
