15 wrz 2023 · If you’re using a Mac and you’ve found yourself in a place where every Finder window is opening up with a different set of view options (that is icons, list, columns or Cover Flow), there’s a way to quickly remedy this.
On your Mac, click in the Dock to open a Finder window. Select the folder whose view you want to customize, then choose View > Show View Options or press Command-J. Set options to customize the view for the selected folder. Each view has various options.
24 lip 2011 · In Vista. Click on the Orb; Type Windows Sidebar Properties in Search; Press Enter; Tick Sidebar is always on top of other Windows. Click OK; Just tested it and it actually fits the windows next to the Sidebar when Maximized. Alternatively double click the icon in the TaskTray to quickly display it.
10 mar 2023 · I rebooted my Mac yesterday to discover that Sidebar (with all my favorite folders) is missing - as too is the 'Create New Folder' on the bottom. I've tried all the obvious options on the menus - without success. Of note, View>Show Sidebar option is grey so I can't select it! (iMac Ventura 13.2.1).
20 gru 2023 · Using the Finder Settings. In Finder, click Finder, then Settings and the Finder Settings window will appear. Click the Sidebar tab, and then select what you want to appear in the sidebar. Selected items will appear, while deselected items will not.
2 lis 2016 · Right-click on Quick Access and select Options; Click on the View tab and then scroll down to Navigation Pane; Select Expand to open folder and Show all folders; This will provide at least the ability to expand and preview subfolders on your sidebar navigation.
