On your Mac, use Desktop & Dock settings to change the appearance of the Dock, and to choose settings for the desktop, Stage Manager, widgets, windows, and Mission Control. To change these settings, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Desktop & Dock in the sidebar.
2 mar 2023 · A bit of a long shot but you could try Command-dragging "Desktop" from the left pane of the Finder window to the top of the finder window. It'll create an alias there for the desktop.
13 mar 2024 · From what I understand, there is a shortcut CRTL + SHIFT + / to show the sidebar in Windows, but it does not work on macOS.
26 cze 2023 · The issue is that the Desktop shortcut keeps disappearing from my Finder sidebar shortcuts. So I proceed to re-drag/drop a desktop shortcut to the Finder sidebar shortcuts, or click Finder > Settings > Desktop is always unchecked again, like so:
24 lip 2011 · In Vista. Click on the Orb; Type Windows Sidebar Properties in Search; Press Enter; Tick Sidebar is always on top of other Windows. Click OK; Just tested it and it actually fits the windows next to the Sidebar when Maximized. Alternatively double click the icon in the TaskTray to quickly display it.
2 sty 2010 · I don't believe it is possible, the only shortcut I can find for the sidebar is CmdT which adds a shortcut for the current selected item to the sidebar. Another solution is to hit Cmd ↑ to move to the 'enclosing folder', which will take you around the file system.
