Your current 512 MB of RAM is the bare minimum to run a Vista OS even before you launch additional programs like web browsers and antivirus programs and your lack of RAM is likely the main reason why your computer is so slow.
24 lip 2011 · In Vista. Click on the Orb; Type Windows Sidebar Properties in Search; Press Enter; Tick Sidebar is always on top of other Windows. Click OK; Just tested it and it actually fits the windows next to the Sidebar when Maximized. Alternatively double click the icon in the TaskTray to quickly display it.

15 gru 2019 · I'm getting extremely long startup times booting into my Windows 10 Boot Camp partition. From when the Windows logo first appears to when the login screen pops up is a few minutes. Once I can see the desktop, performance will continue to be very slow when opening apps, Explorer windows, even launching the task manager can take up to 1 minute.
Yes, there is a simple solution. Download autoruns from http://www.sysinternals.com. Run it and then from the options menu enable "Hide Microsoft and windows entries". Disable any third party entries from each tab except from the drivers tab. Ensure you do not disable any critical components.
