Shoulder Pendulum Exercise. Lean over with your unaffected arm supported on a table or chair. Relax the arm on the affected side, letting it hang straight down. Slowly begin to swing the relaxed arm whilst keeping your elbow straight. Swing your arm in the following directions: Forwards and Backwards.
Isometric Static Shoulder Flexion. Stand facing a wall. Keep your elbow at a 90 degree right angle close to your side. Clench your fists and attempt to push the wall away from you. You should gradually feel the tension in your arm building up. Hold for approx. 20-30 seconds.
