I tried a few boxes from Short Story. Most of the clothing had a distinctly matronly style, with low fast fashion quality. I kept a few items and was going to try a few more boxes but their Customer Service policies are not good.

I would really like to try Short Story, but could not get the submit button to work--just kept spinning. And I can't get hold of them to see if the order went through. I can find no customer service phone number.
