Insoles are off-the-shelf sock liners that can add a bit of cushion to crap shoes. They are 100% gimmick for modern running shoes, but to each their own. Orthotics are prescribed medical devices to address specific issues that most people don’t have, regardless of your Dr. Google self-diagnosis.
Yes, 100%. Dr scholls are pretty crappy and will only really last a few busy shifts. Being you're going to be on your feet all the time, I suggest investing in an actual decent pair of insoles. I recently bought my favourite pair of trainers (air max 90) for the first time since suffering with PF. after just a day , they are no good for me. They were expensive however and I love the look of them. Can anybody recommend some great inserts /insoles that will help me. I’m tired of wearing ugly PF friendly shoes all the time. Thanks
