23 wrz 2024 · A major positive of Shimano CUES is it's compatibility across groupsets, and it's designed for cyclists to mix and match components. Shimano Cues kills off Alivio, Acera and Altus, with Tiagra to be phased out. New 9-, 10- and 11-speed drivetrain components replace all of Shimano's low-tier components, simplifying specs...
I just saw that Shimano CUES is going to be replacing the lower end group sets from Altus to Deore as well as Sora to Tiagra with a focus on allowing compatibility with components between the ranges. As a long time Shimano Alivio/Sora/Altus user this intrigued me quite a bit.
