30 lip 2023 · ctrl+shift+c was registered as a shortcut to switch the camera on and off. AMD Software -> Settings -> Hotkeys -> Recording Hotkeys -> Camera Switching -> Delete to successfully start the cheat console.

Ctrl + Shift+ C works for me after both the update and the new DLC. I don't use mods at all. The only settings that I changed (ages ago) was the video and music playing when the game loads.
The cheat console closes if you type ctrl-shift-c again or press ESC. If you mean that the grey overlay does not disappear then this is caused by outdated mods. Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game. If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC.
I could bring up the cheat bar yesterday, but today when I press CTRL+SHIFT+C it doesn't work and that is what I have been doing previously. I didn't have any apps running in the background except origin and it has always worked with that.
Another combo to try: Ctrl+Shift+Alt / Ctrl+Alt+Shift+C / Press Ctrl+Shift together and while still holding down those two keys, press C. This should bring up the Cheat Console. For those with MSI Laptops try this key combo: Control + Shift + WindowsButton + C to open the cheat console with ease.
