12 cze 2019 · My Mum was a customer of First Utility and since the automatic migration to Shell Energy, she has been harassed by many phone calls from SMS, trying to bully her into getting a smart meter. She told them several times she does not want one, but they continue to call.

12 reviews. GB. Aug 16, 2024. Atrocious service and unpleasant to deal with. When my mum died in January we switched her account with Shell Energy phone and broadband over to my dad. This part of the process was slightly cocked up by them spelling his name wrong on the direct debit instruction, but did get resolved in the end.
