5 sty 2017 · In the past, I could share a printer from my MacBook and print from my IOS devices (iPhone and iPad) through the shares on my Mac. This is no longer working. I can share the printers, and from the IOS device, I can see and print to the shared printers.

16 sty 2012 · For those who don't know, iOS 4.2.1 comes with a unique feature called AirPrint which allows you to print your documents, emails, web-pages and photos over a Wifi connection with your Apple iOS device.
Print from iPhone. Use AirPrint to print wirelessly to an AirPrint-enabled printer from apps such as Mail, Photos, and Safari. Many apps available on the App Store also support AirPrint. Note: Your iPhone and the printer must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
You can also have a couple of small USB hubs (or just single USB extension connections) on the desktop and move the printer connector between these manually. I use this for connecting USB flash drives, for example.
