10 maj 2024 · SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is an online version of the previously paper-based Singapore disembarkation/embarkation card (DE Card or white card). Submission of SGAC online is required for all visitors before arriving in Singapore.
Arriving travellers can submit their personal information, trip details and health declaration through the SG Arrival Card e-Service at the ICA website or via MyICA mobile app within three days prior to the date of their arrival in Singapore.
All travellers must submit their SG Arrival Card (SGAC) within three days before arrival. Submission of the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is free of charge and should only be done via ICA’s official channels (ICA's SGAC e-Service or MyICA Mobile app). For more information, please refer to ICA's website.
