Provinces of Nepal officially the Autonomous Nepalese Provinces (Nepali: स्वायत्त नेपाली प्रदेशहरू, romanized: Nepālkā Swayatta Pradeśharū) were formed on 20 September 2015 in accordance with Schedule 4 of the Constitution of Nepal.
