The Minecraft server log tells me that all I need to do is type in "java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui" to start up my server, but when I do this in the command prompt (with java replaced with the specific pathway to java.exe) it gives me the error message "Unable to access jarfile minecraft_server.jar"

4 lip 2019 · When you see the error Error: Unable to access jarfile, check the directory where you placed the .jar file and verify its naming. In my case, when copying the .jar file to another directory in the Dockerfile of the Spring Boot service a different .jar file was placed.
If you do get this error, what worked for me was deleting all files from my root folder (downloading backups when necessary), and downloading the server jar when prompted by the installer, then uploading the libraries folder, and both jars created by the installer.
8 lip 2022 · Problem solved. IT IS the internet problem. Eventhough it failed when firstly install forge server/client, a folder named 'libraries' created in the target folder. Specifically, \libraries\net\minecraft\server, and it's empty.
21 paź 2022 · When I open my Minecraft Server I am often meet with the same error: "Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile C:\Users\MYNAME\Desktop\NewMinecraft\minecraft_server 1.4_01.jar"
13 wrz 2020 · At first, it was failing because of the firewall blocking it, but worked after disabling the firewall. I also downloaded the spigot jar file directly to compare the experience and the same errors occur when running the .bat file.
