Serta is TERRIBLE. I bought an Iseries (Icomfort) 2000 hybrid 12.5 and it wore out after just two years. They only put the memory foam thick on one end of the mattress, at the head, and on the foot end it is like only 4 inches thick. As a result, you cannot rotate it to make it last longer.
We've gotten more complaints about Nectar (and the other brands associated with their parent company Resident Home) over the last three years than any other mattress company. I've seen material substitutions, poor quality, and reports of customer service ghosting customers after purchase.
I bought a Serta queen size mattress from Rose Brothers Furniture in Jacksonville, NC and after one week it had a big sinkhole in it. When I tried to return they wouldn't replace it because it had a tiny stain from my new grandbaby spitting up.
