Beautiful map! If I had one point of improvement, the amound of crew-useable space is quite generous. I feel like engines, power, life support, and things like that should take up more. For reference, check out some submarine deck plans and see how little of the space is actually walkable.
I wanted to find a good (preferably free) deck plan creator so as to be able to make at least a rough outline of the entire ship. I looked through old questions in this sub, but most are >4y old and most software have been discontinued or don't run in Windows 10.

Fusion probably has one of the easiest final boss fights in the series. There are very easy ways to beat them without taking any damage. For example, every time you hit the SA-X with a charge shot, it will Screw Attack towards you.
