About Seneca Creek State Park. The park, which covers more than 6,300 acres, stretches over 14 scenic miles of Seneca Creek that winds along the Potomac River. The Clopper Day Use Area includes many scenic areas, including the picturesque stream and surrounding forests and fields, as well as a picturesque network of paths.

5 cze 2021 · There are no camping opportunities inside Seneca Creek State Park, but the surrounding area offers a few options to camp both north and south of the park and the lake. Campsites in Rockville and Clarksburg offer primitive walk-in tent sites, RV hookups, cabins, and yurt stays.
