You can search by name, case number, or date filed. You can request court records from the County Clerk of Circuit Court for most court records, with the exception of US District Court records. Records Search
Public Records. Copies of marriage and divorce records can be obtained from the County Clerk of Circuit Court, but they can also be requested from the Florida Department of Health. Birth and death records are also available from the Department of Health.
