From the looks of this Filinvest fiasco and if it gets more widespread, their property values will have no choice but to go down. Just looks like a scam buying pre-selling from them. For sure there are owners who just want to offload the property to remove their headache possibly even selling below pre-selling.
I did a bit of research before and didn’t find that much negative reviews about them that’s why we proceeded with buying from them. Customer service sucks as you mentioned and no one follows through.
