I absolutely love Seedlang! In fact I am a big fan of all the easy German materials they produce. The podcast, YT videos, worksheets ect. But I use regular textbooks as well to get a good detailed explanation of the grammar. I sometimes think people rely on apps too much.

Seedlang is a great resource to learn German in a structured way, especially for beginners and intermediate learners. It teaches you the most useful 5000 German words in a useful vocab trainer, helps you drill German genders and introduces you to German grammar ste.
Seedlang does it better than Memrise, but it’s for German only. The other advantage is that Seedlang injects humor and has a more linear learning track - it’s a properly-designed course ( A1 - B2 levels ).
