General Information. Our stations are located from Independence to Akron, OH. The customer service office is located at the Peninsula Station, 1630 Mill Street in Peninsula and is staffed seven days a week from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. The Akron Station is open Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Tickets may be purchased at both stations.
