3 kwi 2021 · After setting up myself as a user I noticed my profile seemed to be associated with one if the keys. If I opened the car with that key it welcomed me with my SEAT ID nickname, if I used the other key it didn’t recognise me and I had guest settings.

The VIN (vehicle identification number or chassis number) is your CUPRA's unique 17-digit identification number. You can find the VIN in your registration papers and in the bottom-right corner of the exterior of your windscreen. You will need it to enrol your car and set up your CUPRA CONNECT profile.
To use CUPRA CONNECT services, create a CUPRA CONNECT user account in My CUPRA app, if you haven't already done so. Enter your CUPRA's vehicle identification number (VIN) during the Add Vehicle step. You will then receive a notification telling you that you can change the primary user.
Enjoy your car connectivity with CUPRA CONNECT app, having remote control access from your smartphone, to lock or unlock, and to set your CUPRA temperature.
