From the SEA-TAC the process begins at 0130 (check in, paperwork, covid tests) after check in the plane if not delayed should leave around 0700. It stops once in anchorage, Alaska. It's a 12-13 hour flight time. Keep in mind that's flight time not including the layover in Alaska.
