I have found Sears Home Services to be completely unreliable, untrustworthy, and inept. Made an appointment for refrigerator repair for 8/21. They postponed to 8/22. When they came (and it was a subcontractor, by the way) they didn't have the right equipment.
There's a scam going on. You take calls 5 days a week and charge $99, the service fee, and do nothing. You can rake in approximately $2500 a week by just scheduling calls and not fixing anything. Sears service is bad. Do yourself a favor and call another appliance service provider.
