Bought a Sealy Euro Pillow Top Mattress and Foundation last year. $1119. Started sagging within a week. Warranty was approved, switched to a Tight Top. Paid $175 for delivery / take-away. New mattress feels nothing like the showroom model. May end up having to do another warranty exchange. It feels like I’m just leasing a mattress at this point
So, this is actually the second time my parents had to do a warranty claim due to the sagging of the mattress/depressions on their new Mattress, and the claim was accepted. Unfortunately, we found out Sealy was crap after getting the bed, and now we’re stuck with Sealy.
