Scrollable Tooltips allows you to scroll up/down (mouse wheel) or left/right (mouse wheel + shift) when an item's tooltip doesn't fit on the screen. 1.8.9 requires the latest Forge version, 2318. This mod requires Essential to work. It will be automatically installed when you start your game.
