7 sie 2020 · So it could simply be that you had a dead pixel already and the colours steam is using brought it to light. My wife's TV downstairs has a couple of pixels like this, that only show wonky when it's a full white image.
If you don't have a way to get a replacement don't do this test, you'll find a dead pixel you never noticed, and you'll never not notice it again.
