The Chaos Insurgency (also known as CI) is a hostile team/Group of Interest unlocked at 60 Global XP, that raids the SCP Foundation's facilities with the intent of stealing SCP objects and artifacts to use them as weapons for their own gain.
To hack SCP-079, one must be a member of the Chaos Insurgency and set up the hack. The hack devices must be installed both in the Control Room and in SCP-079's observation room.
