3 maj 2002 · So with the ETX90 you get 31.25X of magnification with the Scopetronics 40mm eyepiece. With the WO 24mm eyepiece, you get 52X of magnification. The 40mm was made for cameras like the Olympuses and the Canons because they have a big lens and the 40mm has a big opening to prevent vignetting.

21 lis 2007 · One solution that has always intrigued me was the Scopetronix Maxview eyepiece projection unit. It is large enough for me to do eyepiece projection photography with my Pentax zoom. In my first go with the Maxview, I used the Siebert Performance 35mm eyepiece.
22 cze 2005 · Scopetronix sent me one of their MaxView DSLR II adapters for eyepiece photography and a T-Ring (MTNIK; $19) for my Nikon D70 DSLR camera. The MaxView DSLR II holds either a 1.25" or a 2" eyepiece and fits into the 2" eyepiece hole on telescopes that have one.
Our MaxView DSLR will hold any 1.25" eyepiece and our MaxView DSLR II will hold any 1.25" or 2" eyepiece... yes even the massive 31mm Nagler and the 41mm Panoptic! Now you can use your best eyepieces for true variable projection astrophotography. But the size alone doesn't make it unique.
