Tikka 412S has the option to have 12 g barrel over and under, combination of shotgun barrel top, rifle barrel bottom or a double rifle barrel combination. The shotgun barrel is chambered for 12 gauge 2 3/4" with a choice of 26" (66 cm), 28" (71,1 cm) or 30" (76,2 cm) length of the barrels.
Scope mounts simply clamp on the Dovetail, with sufficient force so there is no movement during recoil. Additionally, all 12 mm dovetails are designed with a recoil lug , which offers even better resistance against recoil stop .
