9 kwi 2021 · Hyman “Hy” Shuman of Buffalo, N.Y., one of the founders of a company that still bears his name, passed away on March 25, 2021 at the age of 94. After being wounded in Okinawa during WWII, Shuman returned to Buffalo and joined his father Philip in a scrap business in 1947.
