My friend bought a Sceptre u650cv from Wal Mart. Yes, I know it's a bad brand that usually fails, so not looking to get into the weeds of that. Despite the build quality, the tv has a lot of positive picture quality reviews. However, his unit is very pixelated.

10 gru 2015 · I just picked up a Sceptre U650CV-U. I had it delivered to my door, free shipping. It has been on the wall for about 24hrs. Delivery went smooth with a delivery service that called to schedule delivery. I'm still in the early testing phase and will update soon. All testing done on PC with Win10 and GTX 660.
