Scary monsters is a perfect stand (technically speaking, is it a stand or just a virus?) for Diego. First off, it's cool as hell. It passively gives the user ultra-instinct and turns them into a killing machine, even without the Dino virus gimmick.

Scary Monsters transforms Diego into a Utahraptor, with stripes spelling out "DIO" all over his body and spikes on his hair. After being under the influence of the Stand for a while, Diego is able to morph into a hybrid humanoid form while still retaining sharp teeth, claws, dinosaur legs, and a tail.
