FE9-10 (Gamecube/Wii): Dolphin (you will need a decent PC/Laptop to run these games) FE11-12 (DS): DeSmuME. There's also Citra for the 3DS games, but personally i've never used it since i've got all the 3DS games in physical.
If you plan on playing a Wii/Gamecube game, use the emulator 'Dolphin.'. If you want to play a DS game, use MelonDS, and if you can't figure that out, use Desmume. If you want to play Gameboy/GBA games, use VBA. Etc.
